How We Use Your Information: In order to provide you with our glamping pods we collect information from you that enables us to fulfil this service. The information we ask for includes contact details (name, address, telephone number, email, number of people in the group). It is sometimes necessary to contact our guests in the run-up to their holiday with information about the holiday, or services relating to the holiday. This is referred to as legitimate use of data in order to fulfil the holiday rental contract for which the data is provided. When you make an enquiry, we use your details in order to provide you with the information that you have requested. When you make a reservation or booking you are consenting to us holding your personal information which will include your name and contact details including your postal address, email address and contact telephone number. We do not disclose your personal information to 3rd parties or sell it on for marketing purposes. We post some guest review comments on our website, our Facebook page and Instagram. When we do this, we remove any personal identifiers such as name, location, address, pet names, etc. We will post the month of stay as a generic date. We may contact you following your stay via TripAdvisor or other review sites.
How We Store Your Information: Data is collected and stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Only the Data Controller/Data Processor has access to our information. These individuals are Denise and Grant Millar, Owners of Pathgreen Glamping. Electronic information is password protected and held securely. Manually held information (e.g. paper booking forms) are stored securely under lock and key.
