Pathgreen Glamping sits next to a small holding. You may hear the cockerels welcoming the day! Horses, goats, Timmy the lamb and hens are just some of the characterful animals you may meet. We ask kindly that you please don’t feed any of the animals.
If you would like any further information or have any special requests, please get in touch. We are only too happy to help.
- The pod is for a maximum of 6 people.
- Sorry but dogs are not permitted. This may be reviewed in time so please keep in touch. Service dogs are welcome but please get contact us at time at of booking.
- We offer a minimum of 2 night stay.
- To enhance wellbeing and self care we offer onsite Holistic Therapy and Beauty with Meadowsweet Spa.
- Please choose your treatment and pay at time of booking. Further treatments may be booked after your arrival but we cannot guarantee availability. You will be contacted to organise a convenient treatment time following your booking.
- Treatments will be delivered in the privacy of your pod. During summer months a Glamping Bell tent may be used for therapies.
A lovely country drive of approximately 7 miles brings you directly to Path of Condie.
Please don’t use the post code, google map Pathgreen Glamping to bring you directly to site.
There is a car park onsite and the pod is accessed a few meters away by a level path. A wheelbarrow awaits to assist with your luggage.
Winter weather can be challenging if heavy snowfall. Please contact us if you have any concerns
Free WiFi is provided in the pod.
A good 4G signal is received by EE.
Site hosts Denise and Grant live next to the site and are happy to be contacted during your stay.
- Emergency first aid kit with basic provisions.
- Fire extinguishers.
- Carbon monoxide and smoke detector.
- A supply of wood fired pellets, enough for 5 hours cooking is included with the pizza oven. Additional wood pellets may be purchased from site, please only use the pellets provided.
- Please adhere to the safety guidance in the welcome booklet when using the pizza oven and the cooling period after use.
Recycling is important to us all, please use the appropriate bins provided for waste separation.
Please be reassured that Pathgreen Glamping has a strict cleaning protocol in place in response to Covid 19
- The pod is deep cleaned following each stay using safe antiviral products which are effective against Covid 19.
- All porous furnishings are also sanitised using safe antiviral products effective against Covid 19.
- All bedding, towels and robes are washed at 60 degrees.
- Pillows and duvets have protective covers beneath pillow cases and duvet covers.
- Mattresses have a double mattress protective cover.
- Pods are thoroughly ventilated following each stay.
- Following every guests stay the wood fired hot tub is drained, cleaned with antiviral products and filters rinsed or replaced. It is then refilled ready for use.
- The wood fired hot tub is included with the price of your stay.
- Only wood purchased from the site may be used. This can be purchased at time of booking and will be stored conveniently next to the hot tub for your arrival.
- If you require additional logs, that’s no problem, we can deliver during your stay.
- Non chlorine based chemicals are used for stays over 2 nights. This requires a water check twice daily and will be done with minimal inconvenience.
- Please note the hot tub is drained and sanitised following every stay.
- For further hygiene measures the hot tub has a filtration unit which is cleaned or replaced following every stay.

Path of Condie may be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life but it is very central for visiting Scotland’s main cities, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and even St Andrews.
The local surrounding area is awaiting exploration. Surrounded by the Ochil Hills with woodland walks and the Water of May flowing close by, you will be spoilt for choice and everything is on your doorstep.
