Please be reassured you can book with confidence at Pathgreen Glamping. We have the following clear policy for your booking:
A deposit of 50% to secure your booking. Balance due 6 weeks before your holiday. Complete flexibility to move bookings up to the end of 2022 in the event of Coronavirus restrictions. Due to the flexibility we offer we are unable to offer refunds.
All guests can check in from 3pm and check out is 10am prompt.
Yes, WiFi is available free of charge.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Yes you can add extras after you have made a booking. Simply call or email and we can add them for you.
Extras may also be requested and paid for while on site. Any optional extras must be paid for by card prior to receiving the additional items.
Yes treatments can be booked and paid for after arrival however, to ensure availability it is advised to pre book and pay for treatments at time of booking.
As we are a small holding we have made the decision not to accept dogs.
Yes, we allow group bookings! We ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum and you must respect other guests that are staying on the site.
We have a car park a few meters from the pods. There is a level pathway between the pod and the car park.
If you wish to move your booking to an alternative date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to the flexibility provided we are unable to offer refunds.
We strongly advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance.
Sorry we do not allow guests to bring their own BBQ. A gas BBQ is included at no extra cost.
Yes, the pods have a deluxe kitchen with ceramic sink, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, integrated fridge with small freezer compartment & wine fridge.
No, all crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Kitchen equipment and essentials such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, dish towels etc are also included for your convenience.
No as luxury 350 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, towels, bath robes and slippers are provided for each guest at no extra cost.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pod and hot-tub. Smoking includes use of vapors and e-cigarettes. Cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly and must be extinguished fully before being placed in the metal ash bin provided.
